工作職責

1. Cut and prepare all the food items
2. Make all the production orders like soups, sauces, vegetables, meats pastry products and cold products
3. Take responsibilities in the absence of the Chef de Partie
4. Check daily orders from the outlets and restaurants
5. Make sure that all food is properly stored before leaving working place
6. Working under the direction of the Executive Chef as well as under the control of Chef de Partie

工作要求

1. Minimum 4 years working in western kitchen experience.
2. Extensive food knowledge.
3. Hot & Cold Cooking experience.
4. Knowledge of cutting Vegetables, Cleaning, receiving,
5. Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and Basic English
6. Certificate of hygiene Supervisor or above.
