Our client with a legal team that has more than 100 years of combined experience handling personal injury claims and cases in employment law is actively seeking to add a Demand Writer to their well recognized team.

Our client has extensive experience with personal injury cases in California, and have helped recover more than $100 million in settlements and case awards, with a team of highly experienced trial lawyers that handle a broad range of cases from personal injury to employment to consumer fraud.

Experience in personal injury claims or personal injury litigation

- MUST be Bilingual Spanish

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 Years experience in the field of personal injury.
• Preferred experience in drafting and preparing full demand packages, including bodily injury, property damages, lost wages and present liability arguments.
• Ability to read, review and analyze medical records, surgical records and medical bills.
• Ability to explain medical findings, including traumatic brain injuries.
• Excellent English grammar and writing skills.

Salary: $17 - $21 per hour, DOE
