Responsibilities

• Demand & Supply Planning / Forecasting. Monitor market & sales trend: Analyze factors that affect country automotive market based on factual data and logical thinking.
• Evaluate changing points and clarify planning assumptions for short to mid-term Sales plan.
• Manage production order plan to ensure efficient supply condition using excel tool "rundown".
• Discuss and facilitate consensus building with distributor on short & mid-long term planning
• Support country specific projects through coordination among related stakeholders and best practice / information sharing.
• Apply D&S knowledge to contribute on related issues for each project.
• Take specific job role if necessary depending on the project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply chain management / Business planning / Economics or related field
• No experience is welcome to apply as on the job training provided. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel, Powerpoint) - Advanced skills.
• Good interpersonal / communication skills.
