Right now, we need to strengthen our Planning team with a Demand & Supply Planner who will focus on Analysing, forecast, purchasing and supplier coordination to ensure product availability across our markets.

What you’ll do:

As Demand & Supply Planner, you will use sales forecast data and your analytical skills to estimate future product demand and translate this into concrete purchasing decisions. You will work closely with Sourcing, Logistics and Finance, as well as our selected ODMs and suppliers, to ensure the right products are available at the right time while minimising excess inventory.

The role is primarily operational, with responsibility for the monthly forecast and purchasing cycle, supplier coordination and order follow-up, combined with ongoing system administration and data quality work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review monthly sell-through forecasts together with relevant stakeholders, comparing historical forecasts against actual sales.
• Assess stock levels and incoming deliveries, and propose purchasing volumes and timing accordingly.
• Place and follow up purchase orders, and share longer-term forecasts with ODMs to support their capacity and material planning.
• Coordinate with selected ODMs and suppliers on day-to-day planning matters.
• Allocate incoming goods across markets and locations based on demand.
• Maintain data quality and support process improvements within our planning systems.

Who we’re looking for:

You are an analytical, structured and proactive person who is comfortable working with numbers and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. You take ownership of your area, are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• Experience in Demand and Supply Planning within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience with ERP/business systems; you understand system structure and can navigate effectively.
• A degree or hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience working with suppliers or ODMs, including managing requirements and communication in these relationships.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work with and interpret KPIs related to inventory management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately once a year to Asia, with occasional shorter trips to the UK).
• It's meriting if you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI or similar reporting tools, and/or experience working with APAC-based suppliers. Additional language proficiency, such as Mandarin, is also a plus.
