We are looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed demand & shipping specialist to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with global supply chains, and making sure everything lands exactly where it should—this is your opportunity.
You will play a key role in keeping our import and logistics operations running seamlessly.
Owning import shipping admin (including AU & NZ permits)
Liaising with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Identifying delays and advising on impacts to business and marketing plans
Managing container costings and monthly reporting
Reviewing landed costs and sharing insights with stakeholders
Coordinating international shipments (FOB)
Raising and managing purchase orders in Pronto ERP
Partnering with Global Sourcing to adjust orders as required
Taking full ownership of end-to-end PO management
What You Bring:
Experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain
Exposure to ERP systems (Pronto a plus)
Knowledge of international imports & shipping processes
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with stakeholders and presenting insights
