Job Description
We are looking for a talented Demand Planning Specialist – Senior to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Demand Planning Department in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain accurate, rolling 36‑month demand forecasts, with contributions to the 5‑year outlook to support strategic and aggregate planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure aligned and reliable demand plans.
- Analyse market, customer, and product data to challenge assumptions and improve the robustness and quality of demand forecasts.
- Monitor near-term demand signals and order trends, adjusting forecasts proactively while escalating risks or deviations where needed.
- Ensure the integrity and stability of the demand plan through timely corrective actions and disciplined demand management processes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned to operational excellence standards, leveraging tools, systems, and best practices.
- Manage consolidated sales projections, aligning volume and financial forecasts with monthly, annual, and strategic planning processes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), while coaching and supporting team members to strengthen capability, performance, and long-term growth.

- Apply Integrated Business Planning (IBP) knowledge to synthesize data, anticipate risks and opportunities, and guide sound commercial and strategic decisions.
Education/ Experience:
- Demonstrated understanding of Demand Management principles and processes (Essential)
- Significant relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles (Essential)
- 6S Green Belt certification, or willingness to complete certification training (Essential)
- Project Management experience, with the ability to lead or support cross-functional initiatives (Desirable)
