About the Role:

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping our demand planning strategy, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring excellent product availability for our customers. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to build reliable forecasts and drive business performance.

What you'll do:
Create and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across multiple products, customers, and sales channels.
Partner with Sales, Product Line, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop a collaborative and consensus-driven demand plan.
Lead and facilitate cross-collaboration with supply chain, logistic and demand planning to ensure forecast plans feasibility
Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure forecast feasibility and smooth execution.
Actively participate in the monthly S&OP process and contribute to business planning decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and implement effective planning solutions.
Proactively communicate risks, trends, and demand-related issues to key stakeholders.
Monitor supply, inventory, and product availability, taking corrective actions to achieve stock and service level targets.
Support product lifecycle planning, including new product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain demand planning reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
University degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
Good knowledge of SAP IBP.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Fluency in both English and Romanian, written and spoken.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
