
We are hiring: Demand Planning & Regulatory Affairs Supervisor
MADI International is looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Demand Planning & Regulatory Affairs Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand forecasting and inventory management across multiple markets
Monitoring stock levels, replenishment planning, and shipment coordination
Reducing stock risks, excess inventory, and emergency transfers
Supervising product registrations and regulatory compliance activities
Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders for approvals and documentation
Leading and supporting the regulatory affairs team
Preparing performance reports and forecasting insights
Driving process improvements and planning best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
4–6 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or regulatory affairs
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience within FMCG, retail, distribution, or beauty industry is highly preferred.
