We are seeking Demand Planning Manager to be located at our Elk Grove Village location reporting to Supply Chain Director. As our Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role drives the development and execution of demand plans that support customer service objectives, inventory targets, and financial goals while improving forecast accuracy and reducing business risk. Additionally, this role serves as a key contributor to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by translating market intelligence, historical trends, and business insights into actionable demand forecasts that enable efficient supply chain execution.
What you will do…
• Develop, maintain, and improve statistical and collaborative demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation (SKU, product family, location and channel).
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, new product introductions, and customer demand signals to generate accurate forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias.
• Lead monthly demand review and S&OP meetings and facilitate consensus forecasting across cross-functional teams.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Lead the demand planning component of the S&OP process.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to balance inventory investment with customer service requirements.
• Develop and maintain demand planning KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements and demand planning best practices.
• Leverage current forecasting software (IFS & IFS Demand Planning Server) to improve planning capabilities and act as an IFS Demand Planning Server subject matter expert.
What you will bring…
• BA/BS degree in Business/Supply Chain/Finance or related major
• 5+ years in Supply Chain/Demand Planning roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS (preferred), SAP, Oracle, JDE, IFS, or similar platform
• Experience with forecasting and planning tools such as IFS Demand Planning Server (preferred)

Target Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 10 % annual performance bonus.
