Main Purpose of Job:
As the Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the forecasting and planning process for multiple product categories, ensuring accurate and actionable demand insights that drive business growth.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
* Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned categories, ensuring forecast accuracy and consistency.
* Consolidate and validate category forecasts, providing a single source of truth for sales, supply, and finance teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis for forecast variances and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team to align demand with business objectives and market dynamics.
* Monitor forecast performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, bias, and KPI compliance, and implement process improvements.
* Facilitate monthly demand review meetings, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and decision-making.
* Maintain and oversee master data accuracy within planning systems (SKU creation, updates, demand upload).
* Identify risks and opportunities in demand, and provide actionable insights for supply planning and sales strategy.
* Take part in sales planning related project to make adjustment on planning process in order to fit the new system and policy.
Qualifications:
5+ years commercial experience, Previous experience in demand planning, sales plan or supply,
Good spoken and written English
Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as PowerPoint / Excel and Tableau is preferred
Strong analytical /problem solving skills
Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication, analytical and teamwork skills
Strong Communication and Proactive Attitude
Ability to think independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative, flexibility, the ability to multi-task and a good sense of team-work
Cross functional communication among sales & marketing, CS, F&A;
Strong data analysis skill and business sense to improve forecast process and tools.
