RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Data Analysis & Forecasting:
    • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to support demand forecast models. Use tools like Excel, or BI platforms to identify patterns and insights.
  1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders and incorporate inputs in demand planning.
  1. Reporting & Monitoring:
    • Support historical data sorting and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Project meeting facilitator and meeting minutes taker
  1. Process Improvement:
    • Support the team in streamlining demand planning processes, identifying areas for automation, and suggesting improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  1. Ad-hoc Projects:
    • contribute to special projects related to demand planning, such as new product launches, Digital Analysis, Market Share and Competitors analysis.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Big Data, is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, etc.),
  • Familiar with Power Query, Power BI, Python or other tools for data visualization and reporting,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams,
  • Fluent in English (Verbal and written).
