We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Executive to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Demand Planning Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Ensuring high data quality and accuracy of demand planning data in the APO(Advanced Planning and Optimization)system; cleansing and maintaining sales history in collaboration with the Generating Demand team
  • Developing, reviewing, and refining statistical forecasting models; creating baseline forecasts using appropriate models and parameters
  • Consolidating and validating the consensus demand plan to drive the business with a single, reliable demand forecast (one‑number principle)
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to challenge assumptions constructively and improve forecast accuracy
  • Supporting and coordinating MBP (Monthly Business Planning) cycles, including preparation of assumptions and participation in key planning meetings
  • Monitoring actual demand, production performance, inventory levels, and performing daily follow‑up on COF(Customer Order Fullfilment) COF reason codes, and initiating corrective actions when deviations occur
  • Ensuring timely availability of local and imported finished goods through effective dispatch, production follow‑up, and inventory management in line with stock policies
  • Managing imported finished goods planning and acting as the primary contact for producer markets; ensuring dispatch plans align with min–max and quota targets
  • Providing supply visibility to Sales Operations and Customer Supply Chain teams to support customer service and execution
  • Ensuring product freshness through regular reporting and follow‑up within the MBP cycle
  • Publishing key demand and supply Key Performance Indicators and supporting continuous improvement and supply chain projects

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum4-5 years of relevant operations experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and follow‑up skills in a fast‑paced environment
