  • Participate in demand review discussions and contribute insights based on data.
  • Support new product introductions, promotions, and transitions by incorporating business intelligence into forecasts.

Systems, Tools & Reporting

  • Maintain and update demand planning software, ERP tools, and forecasting models.
  • Validate system outputs and adjust parameters with guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain routine forecast reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
  • Support process improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and workflow efficiency.

What you Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience (forecasting, inventory, supply chain, business analytics)
  • Proficient in standard forecasting methodologies and demand planning concepts.
  • Strong applied math skills and confidence working with moderate data sets.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory metrics, and product lifecycle stages.
  • Solid Excel proficiency and comfort with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to interpret and use system-generated forecasts with contextual business knowledge.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills when interacting with cross-functional partners.
