Location: Warsaw or Dzierżoniów, Poland

We are recruiting for this position in both Warsaw and Dzierżoniów. The successful candidate may be based at either location.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the forecasting of assigned product categories, including analyzing historical sales, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, and developing statistical forecast models.
  • Work closely with customer facing functions to;
  • Align operational forecast with sales, financial, marketing, and product life cycle plans
  • Understand drivers of demand
  • Facilitate and manage demand reviews for assigned Categories within the Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning process
  • Support Product Lifecycle activities by leading supply chain portions of NPI (ramp-up & phase-out forecasts, transition inventory, project management)

Use, manage, and maintain Demand Planning systems and software as the primary forecasting workspace

  • Work tirelessly to develop and refine processes to maximize forecast accuracy and customer service
  • Serve as subject matter expert for forecasting and demand planning best practices

Coordinate and communicate demand plans to Supply organization to balance service, inventory, and capacity levels

  • Develop, maintain, and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service & inventory performance
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement and Lean activities.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset that promotes communication, shared learning, intelligent risk-taking, creative problem solving, and accountability for failures and successes.
  • Work with Supply Management to develop initiatives to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • University education, and proven work experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Polish language skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software.
