Responsibilities

• Manage business performanceand driveomnichanneloperational and service goalsbyanalyzinginventory in-stocks, productivity, budget, turn-over, and tuning RELEX forecast accuracy

• Develop recommendations, communicate, and execute action plans as necessary to mitigate business risk.

• Develop new SKU-Store level forecasts in RELEXand review exceptionsin a timely manner

• Ensure incremental pricing, promotion, and seasonal forecasts and inventory plans are built and executed.

• Cultivate strategicVendorpartnershipsand drive integrated supply chain performance throughjointplanningandforecastingactivitiesandsolving forperformance opportunitiesand risks

• Activelyparticipateand meet all deadlines in cross-functionalSKU, Category, and Seasonal Transitionprocess, including developing new SKU level inventory strategy and ensuring strong in-stock performance at time of reset

• Regularly reviewinventorysettings, including service level, order cycles,andlead times, to maximize inventory performance

• Monitorreceiptsand collaborate with Vendor and Supply Chain partners to resolvePurchase Orderissues to ensure product is delivered on time

• Proactively verifyRELEXplacementlevers andkey SKU-Category inventory allocationsforour Pet Care Centers (stores)to support upcoming promotions and events

• Partner and communicateregularly andeffectively(written and verbal)with Merchants, Space Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Vendor partners

Qualifications

• 4-yeardegree or equivalent experiencein relatedroleConcentration in Retail Management, Supply Chain,Businessor a related field a plus.

• 2 years+ ofprior Demand Planning or Merchandising experiencea plus

• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, forecasting, problem solving,anddetailorientationBasic financial acumen.

• Ability to manage large sets and interpret dataTechnicalproficiencyin MS Office, including demonstratable skills in databases and spreadsheets.

• Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Comfortable with ambiguityand tight deadlines.

• Experience driving results, fostering relationships,andinfluencing others
