We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion. Who We’re Looking For:As a key member of the Supply Chain, Distribution & Operational Excellence team, the Demand Planning Analyst I will support the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts that guide inventory strategies and supply chain operations. This individual will gather and analyze data, collaborate crossfunctionally, and contribute to the improvement of planning processes. We’re looking for someone who is detailoriented, analytical, and eager to grow in the field of demand planning while supporting our mission to help customers and patients across the globe. About the Role:
  • Collect and organize data from internal and external sources to support forecasting activities, including sales history, pricing, promotions, and supply disruptions.
  • Review historical sales trends to understand seasonality and demand patterns and assist in developing short and mediumterm forecasts.
  • Maintain and update demand forecasting models and planning tools under guidance.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to gather inputs and support crossfunctional alignment.
  • Participate in discussions regarding forecast variances and contribute to basic rootcause analysis.
  • Prepare routine reports and presentations to summarize demand insights for internal stakeholders.
 Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of related experience (forecasting, inventory management, supply chain, or business analytics).
  • Basic understanding of forecasting concepts, statistical methods, and factors that influence demand.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Understanding of inventory metrics and supply chain fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to interpret data clearly.
