About the role:
We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members - who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers' products picked and packed and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience which means we now have an opportunity for a Demand Planning Administrator to join the team on a 12 month FTC

In this role, you won’t just handle paperwork - you will be the driving force behind the scenes, streamlining operations to ensure we hit our key KPIs for our major client, Morrisons. If you love efficiency, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact every day, we want you!

You will be
- Supporting a team of Demand Planners with with administrative tasks
- Resolving supplier invoice queries and deciding if payment should be made.
- Working collaboratively with suppliers to reschedule failed deliveries.
- Central upload of Purchase Order Amendments for Morrisons and Direct Suppliers
- Ad-hoc data entry and maintenance to ensure all master data is up to date and accurate

About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good excel and data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A background within administration is desirable
