Job Description

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.

The Temporary Demand Planner will support the Demand Planning team in maintaining accurate forecasts and managing inventory levels during a transitional period. This role focuses on analyzing sales trends, consolidating inputs from the sales and operations teams, and supporting the monthly forecasting process to ensure continued service and cross-functional alignment.

This is a temporary position focused on maintaining demand forecasting and inventory management continuity for assigned product families. The role supports the ongoing S&OP process, ensuring alignment between Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance during a transitional period.

A limited component of this role includes supporting the Product Lifecycle (PLC). This involves maintaining data integrity for new product introductions and product discontinuations to ensure seamless demand transitions and alignment across cross-functional teams and includes New product introductions to ensure accurate timing and inventory ramp-up.

Salary Range: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour

Job Function:

  • Demand Management
    • Support monthly forecasting for assigned product groups, updating as needed based on customer and sales input.
    • Track and communicate forecast changes in demand patterns or forecast accuracy.
    • Collaborate with account managers to validate customer forecasts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Forecasting and Reporting
    • Review and consolidate demand data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
    • Maintain recurring forecast accuracy and performance reports.
    • Identify and communicate risks or variances affecting inventory or service levels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to support demand alignment and reporting cadence.
    • Assist with PLC tracking by maintaining data accuracy for new product introductions and discontinuations.
    • Participate in planning meets to communicate updates on assigned product families.
  • Risk Management
    • Help monitor risks associated with shifting demands or customer forecast changes.
    • Escalate issues that could impact on-time delivery.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business management or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience in an MRP environment preferred; APICS certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Sisense) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
