Job Title: Demand Planner & Stock Management Officer

A leading chemical distribution company is seeking a Demand Planner & Stock Management Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of materials to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• 
  Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate inventory and demand reports
• 
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor stock levels and forecast material requirements based on business needs and consumption trends.
• 
  Prepare demand plans to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• 
  Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
• 
  Track inventory movements and maintain accurate stock reports.
• 
  Identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and inventory risks.
• 
  Support inventory planning and optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• 
  Analyze inventory data and recommend actions to improve stock accuracy and supply chain performance.
