Position Summary

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to strengthen our Demand and Supply Planning Team in Belgrade, on the position of Demand Planner.

Demand Planner Nutrition & Health (temporary replacement)

A day in the life of a Demand Planner Nutrition & Health:

  • Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers.
  • Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes.
  • Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive effective MBP processes to reach consensus demand plan.

What will make you successful

  • You are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking who has University degree in relevant field and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You are advanced communicator, analytical person with good organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. You are advanced user of MS Office package.
