The position is part of the WW Business Planning team where we are working to build demand forecast with a strong cooperation with Product Management, Business Management and Supply Chain teams.

The Demand Planner is responsible for the units demand forecast for his/her products based on inputs from the Product Management, Business Management and the countries.

He/She is the owner of the overall forecasting process (including country forecasting and all weekly demand planning activities) and is responsible for ensuring that the requirements are well understood and supported by the Supply Chain team.

He/She plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction by following up countries and customers escalations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management, Business Management and the countries teams to assess the unconstrained demand forecast
• Understand product roadmap
• Integrate global business target (revenue and market share)
• Work with Supply Chain teams to understand the potential materials and capacity issues that could impact the demand.
• Play a key role in demand steering with the countries and Business Management teams.
• Do historical analysis and statistical modelling to define trends
• Monitor daily the evolution of the orders
• Make all necessary adjustments to the demand forecast.
• Follow up deals and countries/customers escalations.

Additionally:

• Work on Planning process improvements and automation .
• Define data modelling forecasting pattern with statical models or others
• Implement Machine Learning algorithms to define demand forecasting
• Implement sophisticated reports to analyze data

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Engineering degree + Data Scientist master
• Product understanding, Business acumen & Analytical skills
• Communication : good to show meaning of data and data visualization
• Expertise in forecasting and statistical modelling
• Master in Excel, Microsoft power Apps, python, SQL Data base, Power BI
• Master last Machine Learning technology
• Data modelling, Algorithm, Coding, Reporting
• Very good English - speaking and writing. Will be the working language
