Join our Operations demand planning team supporting hearing aids and accessories across multiple markets. This role offers the opportunity to work with data, forecasting, inventory planning, and cross functional stakeholders to help align supply with business needs. You will contribute to improving forecast accuracy and planning processes in a global environment.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, sales data, and market insights
Analyze forecast performance, market trends, and historical demand data to improve forecast accuracy
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment activities with supply chain teams
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer service, purchasing, and production planning stakeholders to align demand plans
Prepare reports and provide insights on forecast accuracy, inventory status, new product introductions, promotions, and end of life activities
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance demand planning efficiency and support the S&OP process.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial engineering, business management and other related studies
1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics and demand forecasting, entry-level professionals are welcome to apply
Experience working with large datasets and forecasting tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as Pivot Tables
Knowledge of supply chain processes and practices, inventory management, demand planning and business statistics
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics and reporting tools would be advantageous
Ability to work effectively with global and cross functional stakeholders
