We are hiring for a Demand Planner to join our ANZ Demand Planning team on a 12 months fixed term as a maternity leave cover.

We are hiring for a Demand Planner to join our ANZ Demand Planning team. This role is pivotal in driving commercial and operational performance across the region by shaping an accurate demand outlook and ensuring alignment among all key stakeholders. They are responsible for generating, reviewing, and recommending approval of the unconstrained, consensus-based demand plan for their portfolio.
This role reports to the ANZ Demand Planning Lead and supports a hybrid work environment with our worksites in NSW – Surry Hills or Warriewood for at least 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
What will you ?
Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, supply and innovation to generate an unconstrained consensus demand plan driven by statistical modelling and consumer/market insights.
Document assumptions which impact market changes, or significant forecast variances and recommend appropriate actions.
Generate an aggregated view of demand across your area for a 24-month horizon, capturing key insights, trends, and assumptions.
Review gaps to budget/latest forecast estimate, risks, and opportunities to close the gap.
Ownership of Core Growth Pillars with key updates through project meetings for NPD, SLOBs, and Deletions.
IBP preparation in your area across the Demand stream, working closely with key stakeholders and IBP team.
Drive reporting, analysis, and improvement across key Demand stream KPIs (forecast accuracy/bias) and capture actions to reduce slow moving and obsolete stock or out of stock risks.
Key Customer Champion focusing on improvement of customer service levels through understanding issues and improvement.
