About the role?

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical Demand Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, you’ll own the demand forecast across all SKUs and channels, helping drive inventory performance, product availability, and smarter planning decisions across the business.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Procurement, and Supply Planning teams to ensure forecasts are accurate, risks are identified early, and the business is aligned to one clear demand plan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and wants to make a genuine impact in a high-growth Australian brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts across SKUs and channels
  • Incorporate promotions, product launches, seasonality, and commercial activity into forecasts
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Lead the monthly demand and inventory review process within S&OP
  • Partner cross-functionally to align demand, supply, and production planning
  • Monitor inventory health and identify risks around excess stock or obsolescence
  • Coordinate master data processes for new products, SKU changes, and discontinuations while maintaining planning data integrity across ERP and planning systems.
  • Drive improvements through systems, automation, and AI-enabled planning tools

About You

  • Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning
  • FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer products experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ERP/planning systems, ideally NetSuite
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
