岗位职责：
1、销售分析，市场预测的沟通、收集、分析、整理及评估；
2、负责市场及工厂SOP的实施，确保工厂端计划充足的产能与物料以及时满足市场需求；
3、负责成品库存的管理，包括安全库存设定、库存水平的监控及库存质量的持续改进；
4、按不同的业务模式设定最佳的计划模式、定期检查系统参数确保关键参数100%准确。
5、根据端到端计划数字化的要求执行并完善需求管理工作流程以应对变化的市场需求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上供应链工作经验；
3、接触过ERP，熟悉SAP为佳；
4、英语口语流利；
5、良好的数据分析、逻辑思维及沟通协调能力。
