Outdoor adventure connects and strengthens us
That's what we believe at Sea to Summit. For more than 35 years we've been designing gear that helps people adventure with confidence. From ultralight sleeping mats trusted on Everest expeditions to dry bags built for Kimberley kayak crossings. Headquartered in Perth, we're a global outdoor brand with operations across Australia, China, the US, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden, and our gear is sold in more than 60 countries.
We're looking for a Demand Planner to join our Sales & Operations team for a 12-month parental leave contract. If you love the rigour of forecasting and want to put your skills behind a brand that genuinely makes things people love using, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll own the demand forecast that supports our supply chain in delivering for Sea to Summit customers and our Distributed Brands portfolio across Australia. You'll be the analytical engine behind our S&OP process - reviewing trends, refining models 6-12 months out, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to land forecasts we can rely on.
A typical week might involve:
A note on the contract
This is a parental leave cover with a defined 12-month term. We've structured it that way because we're holding the role for the current incumbent's return. We'll be upfront about that from the start, and we'll treat you well during the contract regardless.

Since 1990, Sea to Summit has been your ally in every adventure—whether that’s on the deck of your sailboat or on a high-altitude expedition.
