Responsibilities
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, VAST tags, and third-party trackers.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new platforms and ensure all technical aspects are handled smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Supply Operations Manager during onboarding to address technical challenges.
• Explore and evaluate new advertising platforms, testing their capabilities and integration potential.
• Write clear and concise instructions and documentation for platform integrations.
• Manage testing phases and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing.
• Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.
• Proactively identify and adopt new tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in programmatic advertising, especially in troubleshooting.
Proven ability to work with VAST tags, third-party trackers, and various programmatic platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical issues and campaign optimization.
Ability to explore and adapt to new platforms and technology solutions.
Fluent English for writing clear technical documentation, along with strong communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for data accuracy and process integrity.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
