Role:
Responsible from order forecast and demand changes with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.

What the candidate will do:

  • Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
  • Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.
  • Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
  • Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree In Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers.
  • Intermediate to advanced conversational English

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Effective Communication:

  • Good customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams

Planning and Organizing:

  • Knowledge of production planning and task organization
  • Ability to track and manage customer orders
  • Knowledge of inventory management, preferably for finished goods

Demand Management:

  • Understanding of demand planning methods
  • Ability to follow up on customer needs and orders
  • Knowledge of ERP systems at an intermediate level, preferably SAP

Problem Solving:

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools (RCCA, Ishikawa/fishbone diagram, A3, 5 Whys, etc.)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis and reporting)

The best candidates will also have:

  • Advanced conversational English
  • Preferably intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI and other digitization tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge

Additional information:

Location: Santa Catarina.

This position works Monday through Friday
