Job Description

Overview

As RealPage's Demand Marketing Driver, you are the digital marketing expert on your assigned client accounts — client-facing, with your own book of business, prescribing and executing strategy across the full Demand Marketing suite: CMS, Agentic Search Optimization (ASO), Digital Advertising, and Attribution/Data. As the business shifts toward agentic search as the primary lens for client strategy, clients need to know unambiguously who their demand marketing expert is: someone who lives in the trends and channel shifts daily and can tell them what to do about it, not just report on what already happened.

On accounts with an assigned Solution Account Manager (SAM), you own strategy and execution while the SAM owns the client relationship narrative, goal tracking, and retention. On accounts without a SAM, you also own tracking and reporting performance against the client's stated goals. This is not a SAM role and not a CSM role — you are not the generalist who owns account health, renewal, and escalation. You are the expert: the deepest technical authority on the team on what should happen and why.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as RealPage's digital marketing expert for assigned client accounts across the full Demand Marketing suite (CMS, ASO, Digital Advertising, Attribution/Data)
  • Own and manage an individual book of business, balancing strategic depth with the volume of accounts assigned
  • Prescribe and execute the strategy and tactics required to hit each client's stated marketing goals, translating trends and channel shifts into a concrete plan
  • Maintain the deepest technical fluency on the team in digital marketing craft: SEO/AEO and agentic search, paid search and digital advertising, website/CMS performance, and attribution
  • Proactively stay ahead of the shift to agentic search and AI-driven renter discovery, adjusting client strategy before being asked rather than reacting after the fact
  • On accounts with an assigned SAM: own strategy and execution, partnering with the SAM who owns the client relationship narrative, goal tracking, and retention reporting
  • On accounts without an assigned SAM: also proactively track and report performance against the client's stated goals, in addition to owning strategy and execution
  • Route true commercial or retention risk to the CSM or manager rather than owning that conversation directly
  • Communicate strategy and results clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, adjusting for audience and depth of expertise
  • Partner with fulfillment and product teams to ensure strategy translates into delivered outcomes clients can see and measure
  • Represent client and market feedback back to Product and Fulfillment teams so what gets built and delivered reflects what clients actually need
