Job Description

Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.

Transforming Waste into Value

At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

  • Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end IT demand management process, ensuring consistent intake, transparent assessment, prioritization, and smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Business Units, IT stakeholders, and governance forums to align demands with strategy, capacity, and funding principles.
  • Facilitate demand review sessions, guide stakeholders in defining business value and requirements, and ensure clear communication of demand status and priorities.
  • Oversee demand assessment (e.g., feasibility, risks, dependencies) and collaborate with Architecture, Security, and PMO to translate requests into actionable initiatives.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of demand management processes, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or project management (including 2+ years in demand management).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, and methodologies (e.g., ERP, Cloud, Agile/Waterfall).
  • Experience with IT service management, project/portfolio governance, and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, or SharePoint.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
