Job Description
PRIORITY Quality Consultants is currently seeking a Demand Management Specialist for the Banking Sector to support our client in managing and optimizing the demand pipeline within IT and business projects, with strong potential for contract renewal based on business needs and performance.
This role involves end-to-end demand management responsibilities including demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the demand intake process, including the assessment, prioritization, and validation of incoming requests from various business units.
- Collaborate with business units and Group subsidiaries to collect and assess procurement requirements, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for Management and approval committees regarding procurement requests, budget utilization, and procurement spend.
- Review, categorize, and evaluate procurement requests in line with approved budgets, internal policies, and authorization limits.
- Support demand management activities through consolidation of business needs and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and procurement governance framework.
- Participate in internal and external meetings related to Demand Management and procurement coordination across the Bank and Group entities.
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand management, project portfolio management, or related roles, preferably within the banking sector.
- Proficiency with demand and portfolio management tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
