Job Description

A bit about us

At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

What is the role responsible for?

This role is critical to supporting the continued growth of Gamma's Enterprise Markets business, with a particular focus on the CX & Collaboration practice. Working as part of the Enterprise Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated demand generation programmes that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation and revenue growth across Gamma's Customer Experience, Contact Centre, Collaboration and AI solutions portfolio.

Working closely with sales, wider marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into targeted marketing activity, managing campaigns from concept through to execution and optimisation.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Plan and execute marketing activity aligned to the CX & Collaboration practice marketing plan, supporting pipeline growth across new business acquisition, account expansion and customer cross-sell opportunities.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated demand generation campaigns and programmes, from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance reporting.

• Create and manage multi-channel nurture programmes designed to engage buying groups, accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel and improve conversion at each stage of the buyer journey.

• Deliver targeted campaigns to drive engagement within priority accounts, vertical markets and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), using intent data and market insights to inform activity.

• Plan and execute a range of customer and prospect-facing events, including industry exhibitions, executive roundtables, webinars, hospitality and Gamma-owned events.

• Analyse campaign, pipeline and engagement performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations to optimise results and maximise return on marketing investment.

• Develop a strong understanding of Gamma's CX & Collaboration portfolio, value propositions and go-to-market messaging to support campaign development and content creation.

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, nurture progression and alignment between marketing activity and commercial priorities.

• Present campaign plans, activity updates and performance insights to Enterprise Markets stakeholders and wider marketing teams where required.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need experience in everything listed, but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

• Demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of planning and delivering integrated demand generation campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and pipeline growth.

• Experience marketing technology solutions or services, ideally within telecommunications, customer experience, contact centre, collaboration, cloud or wider B2B technology sectors.

• Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret campaign, engagement and pipeline data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Marketing Cloud Next or similar.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and messaging for a range of audiences.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across sales, product, vendor and marketing teams.

• Confident working with data, audience segmentation and campaign reporting; with strong Excel skills.

• Experience planning and delivering webinars, virtual events, exhibitions or customer events as part of an integrated demand generation programme.

• A proactive, organised and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

What do we offer you?

• 25 days annual leave + birthday

• Subsidised private medical insurance

• 5.1% matched pension contributions

• Enhanced parental leave

• Life assurance and Income protection

• Share save and incentive plans

• Electric Vehicle and Cycle scheme

• Employee discounts

• Volunteer day
