Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth in the Italian market.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director Serve as the Marketing Director’s strategic partner and key advisor, with substantial influence on business-critical decisions and go-to-market priorities. Leverage data, performance analytics, and market intelligence to guide strategy, support executive decision-making, and drive initiatives that accelerate market penetration, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth.
Manage inbound and outbound lead orchestration: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of inbound and outbound lead orchestration. Prioritize lead assignments based on quality, conversion potential, and team expertise to maximize revenue outcomes. Ensure seamless collaboration across teams, optimize routing and coverage models, and provide enablement for all campaigns through the right processes, tools, training, and operational support to drive best-in-class execution and conversion performance.
Lead Sales & Marketing Alignment (Smarketing)lead and mentor a team of professionals to execute high-impact regional events and strategic webinars.
Oversee the Italian marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
Leverage HubSpot to design and optimize lead nurturing workflows and improve overall CRM effectiveness.
Analyze marketing KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for scalable growth and market expansion.
3-4 years of proven experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition roles.
Prior experience in the B2B SaaS industry is strongly valued.
Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting) and modern CRM tools.
Highly organized, data-driven, and business-hungry. You know how to quantitatively analyze numbers and translate them into actionable growth initiatives.
Experience in managing or mentoring people, with the ability to motivate a team and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Native or native-level fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
