What you will do:
Note that this is a primarily office-based role (4 days per week).
The GTM Engineer will own Zero100’s end-to-end demand engine. This role is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline, driving event demand at scale, and building sustained brand presence with senior executive audiences. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will design and operate the systems, campaigns, and measurement frameworks that convert awareness into qualified demand. You will have full ownership of marketing automation tools, including building agentic workflows, and demand performance reporting.
We are looking for a self-starter who combines strategic thinking with strong execution discipline. You are deeply data-driven, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and motivated by building repeatable growth engines rather than one-off campaigns. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm about the potential for Zero100 to have a positive impact on the supply chain profession and (more broadly) the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Strategy & Planning: Evolve demand generation strategy, translating revenue targets to demand plans and campaign roadmaps. Identify target audiences and tactics for buyer journey stages.
Event Demand Generation: Manage demand for flagship events, including registrations and campaign execution across various channels. Optimize for ROI and audience quality.
Pipeline & Lead Generation: Build a scalable pipeline generation engine, executing campaigns across diverse channels. Collaborate with Sales on lead qualification and handoff processes.
Brand & Content-led Growth: Collaborate with teams to create demand assets, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across channels.
Tool Ownership & Innovation: Own demand tools, evaluating and implementing new technologies, including agentic workflows to enhance efficiency.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: Define KPIs and dashboards linking activities to revenue, analyse performance, and present insights to stakeholders.
