Der Handel entwickelt sich schnell. Xentral ist mittendrin. Wir bauen die ERP-Basis, mit der
B2B- und e-Commerce-Unternehmen ihre Prozesse automatisieren, manuelle Arbeit
reduzieren und wachsen, ohne das Chaos mitzuwachsen. Als Demand Generation Lead
verantwortest du Strategie und Umsetzung, die aus Marktinteresse qualifizierte Nachfrage
macht. Du führst ein Team aus Spezialist:innen, steuerst ein siebenstelliges Werbebudget
und bist direkt sichtbar bei der Geschäftsführung. Wenn du Daten liebst, gerne
experimentierst und willst, dass deine Arbeit echten Umsatz bewegt, bist du hier richtig
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Kampagnen-Lebenszyklus über bezahlte Kanäle wie
Google, Meta und LinkedIn, von der Strategie bis zur laufenden Optimierung
- Du führst ein Team aus 4 Spezialist:innen mit Fokus auf Events, Content, Geo-
Targeting und Marketing-Automatisierung und förderst aktiv ihre Weiterentwicklung
- Du erkennst Wachstumspotenziale in bestehenden und neuen Kanälen und
entwickelst Ansätze, die Nachfrage aktiv erzeugen, nicht nur abschöpfe
- Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Revenue Operations und Partnerschaften zusammen,
um Conversion-Raten zu verbessern und den gesamten Kaufprozess zu stärken
- Du steuerst ein siebenstelliges Werbebudget, wertest Performance-Daten aus und
präsentierst Erkenntnisse klar und nachvollziehbar an das Senior-Management
- Du setzt Experimente und Optimierungen direkt in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign
Manager und Meta Ads Manager um
Dein Profil:
- Du bringst 7+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Demand Generation mit, idealerweise im
SaaS-Umfeld, und hast nachweislich in dynamischen Umfeldern skaliert
- Du hast Marketing-Teams aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt und weißt, wann du
strategisch denkst und wann du selbst anpackst
- Du kennst dich tief in bezahlten Medien aus, insbesondere Google Ads, und hast
Erfahrung über mehrere Nachfragekanäle hinweg, von Events über Content bis Geo-
Targeting
- Du arbeitest stark datengetrieben, hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und bringst
technisches Verständnis für Performance Marketing mit
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich, und
bewegst dich sicher in einem internationalen Team mit DACH-Fokus
