The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs. This position owns demand generation strategy and execution across priority segments and target accounts, ensuring alignment from campaign activation through pipeline conversion. Partners closely with Digital, Marketing Operations, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize performance, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes integrated demand generation strategies aligned to priority segments, target accounts, and revenue goals
  • Owns pipeline generation and marketing’s contribution to revenue, driving performance across the full funnel from awareness through conversion
  • Translates strategies into multi-channel execution across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, website, and nurture programs
  • Drives audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion
  • Partners with Sales to define and manage SLAs, ensuring alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline conversion
  • Identifies funnel gaps and implement strategies to improve conversion across lifecycle stages
  • Owns channel mix and budget allocation decisions based on performance, ROI, and pipeline impact
  • Leads performance optimization through structured testing (A/B testing) and continuous improvement across campaigns and channels
  • Translates performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing and sales leadership
  • Partners with Digital, Marketing Operations, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, channels, and tools to business outcomes
  • Ensures accurate tracking, lead flow, lifecycle management, and attribution in collaboration with the Data Driven Marketing team
  • Acts as the central connector across Marketing and Sales to drive aligned execution and performance
  • Collaborates with Brand and Content teams to activate thought leadership into demand generation programs that drive engagement and pipeline
  • Supports and scales account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives aligned to strategic accounts
  • Continuously evaluates and improves demand generation processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Attends meetings as required and/or assigned
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
  • Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software – including, but not limited to: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

  • Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C demand generation and full-funnel marketing, including pipeline creation, conversion dynamics, and revenue alignment
  • Understanding of multi-channel demand generation programs and marketing budgets based on performance and ROI
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Adobe
  • Effectively translates business goals into demand generation strategies, prioritization, and multi-channel execution across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, website, and digital performance channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing attribution, pipeline measurement, and performance tracking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
  • Ability to develop and execute structured testing and experimentation strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and performance
  • Understanding of how thought leadership and content-driven strategies build awareness, trust, and demand in complex B2B environments
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, experimentation, and performance optimization in high growth environments
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes, frameworks, and structure where they do not yet exist

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing within complex B2B or B2B2C environments required
  • Prior professional experience partnering with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline outcomes required

Total Rewards Package

Compensation

  • Base: $115,000 to $150,000 USD annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
