In the role of Demand Fulfillment Planner, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork is paramount. You will engage directly with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to drive order fulfillment excellence, ensuring that our customers receive products on time and in full. Your contributions will be essential in balancing inventory levels with market demand, allowing for innovative problem-solving.   • Manage daily execution of customer orders and optimize inventory allocation during supply shortages.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams to provide accurate lead times and ETAs.
  • Lead daily production reviews with the Factory Cross-Functional Team (CFT).
  • Proactively identify supply gaps and develop strategies to minimize customer impact.
  • Perform simulations to assess demand and supply scenarios, recommending optimal actions.
  • Drive initiatives to address slow-moving and obsolete inventory through reallocation or promotions.
  • Communicate order fulfillment status effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules), Excel, and data analytics tools
  • Experience in the telecommunication or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Nice-To-Have:
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
