Job Title: Demand Clerk (Remote – International Candidates Only)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Demand Clerk to join our growing legal support team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates looking for long-term, stable work with a U.S.-based law firm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and organize demand packages for personal injury cases

  • Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for accuracy

  • Communicate with attorneys, case managers, and other team members to gather necessary information

  • Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner

  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items

  • Maintain organized digital files and case records


Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed

  • Team player who works well with others in a collaborative environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in personal injury or legal support is a plus

  • Proficient with computers and case management systems
