Your Role in that Mission:

The Demandand Supply ManagementCoordinator is a key member of our Demand Planning team and provides crucial support to enable the team to provide specialized technical services to clients as part of our enhanced service offerings. Specifically, this role plays a key role in documentation, forecastingsupportand overall support to the planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Action Supply Plan in collaboration with the Demandand Supply Manager, proactively managing shipments and inventory movement 

  • Support supply chain inventory management processes in partnership with the Demand Planning team, management teammembersand packaging partners. 

  • Collects all information on a study designincluding:accuratelabel text, coordination of primary, secondary packaging material and tools, coordination of label translation,  

  • Supports connections between demand planning team and S&OP to ensure the latest forecast information is aggregated and integrated into the divisional S&OP process  

  • Summarize data, preparepresentationsand make recommendations for actionrelativeto the clinical supply chain and packaging plans 

  • Support User Acceptance and Testing for new process and system implementations asrequired

  • Review IRT settings and make recommendation to adjust andoptimizeaccordingly 

  • Ensure temperature excursion process is performed asrequired

  • Establish andmaintainfinancial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned client projects to support the Demand planning team 

  • Support close out activities including returned good reconciliation, inventory destruction processing, and file archiving 

  • Demonstrate and promote company vision. 

  • Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner

  • Structures Demand Planning requirements in line withclientsstrategy throughout the planning process 

Technical Knowledge

  • Independently digests data thatis applicableto project deliverables and stakeholders. 

  • Manages projects efficiently in different systems andmaintainstheir own accountability for using Thermo Fisher tools 

  • tohelp the team be successful.

  • Demonstrates comfort with technology. 

  • Knowledge of general inventory and billing principles, good documentation practices, and report generation 

Project Management Leadership

  • Communicates at the proper time, understands boundaries, respects differences, and confronts tension. 

  • Works with others to quickly resolve or escalate solutions to problems. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • To foster a sense of belonging and connection, remote employees are expected to keep their camera on andparticipatein video calls both internally and externally, as appropriate

Years of Experience:

  • 2years of supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply chain design andlogisticsmanagement, preferably as they relate to clinical program designand execution
