Compensation: €3,500 - €4,500 / month
As Demand and S&OP Planning Analyst, you will be the heartbeat of ReBound’s forward-looking operations. You won't just look at what happened; you will predict what will happen. You will be translating complex data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibility is looking over the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by generating forecasts and ensuring Finance, Sales and Operations teams are perfectly aligned to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Visualization: Build and manage automated dashboards. Support the department to transition from static spreadsheets into interactive tools that allow stakeholders to see KPI trends in real-time.
- Demand forecasting: Develop and maintain high-quality demand forecasts. You will analyse historic trends and combine them with Sales team insights to predict network demand.
- S&OP cycle: Facilitate monthly S&OP process, acting as the bridge between Sales, Finance and Operations teams. You will prepare input and facilitate parts of weekly review sessions, drive consensus, and ensure all departments are working from a single version of truth. Provide data for executive reviews and facilitate gap analysis.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You will be "translator" between departments:
- Finance: Aligning volume forecast with budget expectations.
- Sales: Challenging and validating sales pipelines.
- Operations: Translating the demand plan into capacity requirements plan for our Hubs.
- Performance management: identify gaps in data, challenge status quo, improve predictions, and reduce operational complexity.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2–3 years in demand planning / forecasting / supply chain analytics / S&OP / BI analytics.
- You have a natural drive to explore data and uncover the "why" behind the numbers. You don't just see rows of data; you see patterns and stories that help businesses make smarter decisions.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is essential. You should be comfortable connecting to different data sources and creating clean, intuitive visualizations. Advanced Excel (Power Query) is a must.
- You must be comfortable at presenting to stakeholders who are more senior than you. You can explain complex data simply and aren't afraid to ask "why' when looking at data.
- A degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
- You don't just report a problem; you bring a suggested solution to the table.
