For an exciting assignment with our customer, Siemens AG, we are currently looking for a full-time Demand Acceleration Specialist (m/f/d) to join the team at Siemens AG remotely from Austria.

Your responsibilities

  • Demand Routing & Prioritization Define, align, implement, and oversee routing and prioritization of demand signals for maximum effectiveness.
  • Data Integration & Enrichment Connect diverse data sources to build comprehensive demand units for qualification and seamless hand-over to Sales.
  • Data Architecture & System Integration Design demand data structures, data flows, and system integrations. Link digital marketing signals to CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) for transparent tracking across platforms.
  • Team Enablement & Consulting Train and support global teams on demand and lead management processes, establishing best practices and technology adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Act as business partner for lead management and demand acceleration, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and stakeholder teams.

Your qualifications

  • Education & Marketing Foundation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Platform & Marketing Automation Expertise 4-5+ years hands-on with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) in B2B Marketing or Sales environments.
  • Data & Analytics Proficiency Solid understanding of data structures and relationships. Comfortable reading and writing SQL to access, validate, and analyze data. Experience with analytics systems like Power BI is a plus.
  • Technical & Business Acumen Quick grasp of complex business and technical concepts. Ability to identify key interdependencies and translate them into clear insights for different audiences.
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, problem-solving, proactive, results-driven, collaborative team player. Reliable, flexible, and fluent in English (written and spoken).

Your perspective

Depending on the specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 4.200,- is envisaged (this in any case exceeds the minimum salary under the collective agreement). The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal meeting.
