We are seeking an experienced Deltek Vantagepoint Support Specialist to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint and enterprise business systems. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Deltek Vantagepoint integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow across HR, Finance, CRM, ERP, reporting, and project management platforms.
This role requires strong technical expertise in systems integration, data mapping, API development, middleware solutions, and Deltek Vantagepoint architecture, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint and internal/external systems.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve automation, data quality, and operational efficiency through system integrations.
Configure and maintain data interfaces utilizing APIs, web services, ETL tools, middleware platforms, and file-based integrations.
Develop integration specifications, data mapping documents, technical designs, and support documentation.
Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Project Controls, Business Development, and IT teams to gather and refine integration requirements.
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support Deltek Vantagepoint upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations by assessing integration impacts and recommending solutions.
Monitor integration performance, data integrity, and system health to ensure reliable operations.
Coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Partner with vendors and technical teams to resolve system and interface issues.
Maintain security, compliance, and governance standards for system integrations and data exchanges.
Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and systems integrations.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
Experience designing and supporting API, web service, ETL, and middleware integrations.
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
Experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP services, and data transformation tools.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Deltek Vantagepoint implementation or integration experience within government contracting, engineering, architecture, consulting, or professional services environments.

Microsoft Dynamics
Oracle
SAP
ServiceNow
Power BI
Data warehouse platforms
Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar middleware technologies.
Knowledge of project accounting, resource management, CRM, and financial management processes.
Experience with Agile project methodologies.

Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
