About the Role and Site
Joina state-of-the-artvaccines facility in Dundalk at a pivotal stage of growth—from start-up through to commercial manufacturing. This is a senior-level opportunity to take full ownership of theDeltaVcontrol system, shaping how automation is implemented, governed, and scaled across the site.
Operating within a highly digital and automated environment, you will work at thecentreof keyprogrammesincluding technology transfer and site readiness, while building capability across a growing operations team. This is a unique opportunity to define theDeltaVlandscape in a new manufacturing site and have a lasting impact on how systems are designed, supported, andoptimised
Bring energy, knowledge, and innovation to:
Act asDeltaVSystem Owner, driving end-to-end oversight, governance, and performance
Leadcode review, systemoptimisation, and continuous improvementacross control systems
Support key siteprogrammes, includingtechnology transfer and manufacturing readiness
Overseemigration from legacy systems to a modernDeltaVplatform
Provide technical leadership acrossautomation systems (DeltaVand broader control systems)
Lead and resolvecomplex investigations, deviations, and automation challenges
Act as atechnical lead in cross-functional and tiered meetings, influencing site operations
Build and developsite capability, upskilling teams with limitedDeltaVexperience
Collaborate across operations, engineering, quality, and external partners to deliver projects
Ensure systems arecompliant, reliable, and inspection-ready
What skills you will need:
Significant hands-onDeltaVexperience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong background inautomation system ownership, governance, and code review
Experience supportingtechnology transfer and start-up or transformation environments
Proven ability tolead complex technical investigations and problem-solving activities
Strong understanding ofcontrol systems and batch automation (S88/S95)
Ability toinfluence stakeholders andoperateat senior level across matrix teams
Experience working acrossmultiple automation platforms(e.g.PLC systems) desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, andorganisationalskills
