Job responsibilities:
- Execute and manage Delta One index trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify trading opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with research and analytics teams to develop and refine trading models.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on trading activities and market conditions.
- Contribute to the development of new trading products and strategies.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 1 - 3 years experience in Delta One Index trading, .
- Strong understanding of index trading strategies and APAC markets.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
