Role: Delivery Transformation Graduate Program
Location: Barcelona
Reporting to: Transformation Delivery Director
Mission: Execute cross functional transformation programmes across the Group, supporting the Transformation Office.
1. Manage workstreams within strategic programmes
- Prepare key tasks to be executed and organize a project into workstreams, tasks and owners across the Group
- Deliver on any analytical / qualitative analyses required to execute a programme (for example, the impact calculation of an initiative)
- Lead interviews or working sessions with multiple participants from the organisation (or other key external stakeholders)
2. Support governance from key projects
- Report progress in weekly / monthly meetings from a specific workstream or a whole project (depending on the complexity)
- Prepare status update (presentations, minutes, summary emails) to report progress to the Transformation Director
- Present in meetings with the Chief Information and Transformation Officer to review project status, discuss areas to unblock and align on next steps
Experience:
- (As a plus) Internship / prior experience in project management teams from other Corporates or internship within management consulting or Investment Banking
- (As a plus) Internship / prior experience in beauty / retail sector
Education:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree (in the past 3 years maximum) in Business Administration / Engineering (or similar educational backgrounds)
- Languages:
- Spanish
- English
- French (As a plus)
Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Fluency on Microsoft Office main programmes (Excel, PPT and Word)
Specific Knowledge required:
- Pragmatic with the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Collaborative and diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills
- Fast learner, with the capacity to derive key insights and takeaways from conversations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and operate in an efficient manner to deliver results in time
