What You’ll Do
- Execute daily B2B deliveries to cannabis dispensaries with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service, strengthening our partner relationships.
- Optimize delivery routes and inventory management using cutting-edge tech to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to share insights, solve challenges, and drive process improvements.
- Handle cash and product pick-ups securely, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to company SOPs.
- Champion our core values—Happy, Hungry, Focused, Honest—in every interaction, projecting a professional and innovative image.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of delivery or long-haul driving experience with a clean driving record, ready to navigate diverse routes.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a knack for building trust and delivering memorable partner experiences.
- Comfort with technology, including delivery apps and inventory systems, with a hunger to master new tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with flexible schedules and occasional overtime.
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but we value eager learners with a passion for growth and innovation.
Physical Stuff
- Ability to drive a company-provided van or car for 8–12+ hours daily, navigating with confidence and care.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, with ease in stooping, stretching, twisting, and bending.
- Strong vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and maintain precision.
- Reliable, punctual attendance, ready to tackle every shift with energy and commitment.
