As a Sales Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in the experience we provide to our customers. You’ll build long-lasting relationships; become a trusted problem-solver and an expert in the RV Industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist our Delivery Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave. Creating an engaging and fun experience.
• You will become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
• Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience. This includes coordinating the installation of any purchases.
• Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required. Familiarity with a retail environment a plus
• Sales experience is highly desired.
• Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
