Where would you fit?

At x15, we partner with ventures to build and scale innovative businesses that deliver meaningful customer outcomes. We’re looking for a Delivery Senior Manager to own and evolve our delivery framework, improve execution performance across ventures, and help scale delivery maturity across the portfolio.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery leadership, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.

As the Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead x15’s Delivery Pathway (xDP) framework and partner with ventures to improve delivery predictability, prioritisation, governance, and execution outcomes.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring ventures can scale effectively while balancing speed, risk, compliance, and strategic alignment.

You’ll work across:

• Delivery performance & governance
• Delivery frameworks, tooling & reporting
• Venture prioritisation & execution support
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Operational and marketing compliance support

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Framework Leadership

• Own and evolve x15’s Delivery Pathway (xDP)
• Act as the SME for delivery processes, practices, tools, risks and controls
• Ensure alignment with Group Delivery, Product and Risk-in-Change policies
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of delivery practices

Delivery Performance & Reporting

• Establish and maintain delivery governance and reporting
• Automate reporting and improve visibility across ventures
• Identify and manage delivery risks proactively
• Support initiatives to align with venture strategy and OKRs

Venture Support & Delivery Enablement

• Partner with ventures to improve prioritisation and execution discipline
• Support complex or high-risk delivery initiatives
• Coach teams on delivery methodologies and ways of working

Commercial & Procurement Support

• Provide procurement, commercial, and contract management expertise to support x15 and its Ventures with end-to-end procurement activities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Strong experience in delivery leadership, program management, transformation, or operational performance roles
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex or regulated environments
• Proven ability to drive delivery maturity and operational improvement

Delivery Methodologies & Tools

• Deep understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall and hybrid models
• Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience designing delivery workflows, governance models and reporting automation

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
