As a Delivery & Sales Director you will lead software and product innovation efforts that shape client solutions, strengthen digital delivery, and support new business growth within our Advisory practice. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, guide multiple workstreams, shape client relationships at the executive level, and translate market needs into practical ideas, solutions, and structures that help the firm move forward. In this role at PwC, you will combine software engineering knowledge with commercial focus, oversee delivery across teams, and contribute to a culture that values inclusion, integrity, and thoughtful decision-making.

You will also collaborate across the PwC Network, mentor emerging leaders, and help identify opportunities where technology can advance business performance. This role is based in PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore and sits within a software engineering career path, where you will design, code, test, and refine innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and a better user experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting strategic direction for software engineering and product innovation initiatives across client engagements
• Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and translating them into software solutions and service offerings
• Leading executive client relationships and shaping delivery approaches for complex technology programs
• Guiding multi-project portfolios from concept through deployment using software project planning, lifecycle management, and architecture skills
• Developing application solutions with experience in programming languages, application frameworks, APIs, and microservices
• Overseeing software design, coding standards, code review, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Applying business requirements analysis, functional requirements, and requirements management to align solutions with client goals
• Promoting cloud-enabled and mobile development approaches using CI/CD, quality assurance testing, and rapid experimentation
• Advancing technical teams through coaching, feedback, and mentoring of emerging leaders
• Validating adherence to technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements while maintaining trust in deliverables

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 16-20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
