Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Delivery Rider to support hospitality and delivery operations in Doha, Qatar. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of food, beverages, restaurant orders, catering items, packages, documents, and other assigned products to customers, hotels, restaurants, offices, and designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, restaurant orders, catering items, packages, and other assigned products safely and on time.
• Collect customer orders from restaurants, hotels, kitchens, catering facilities, warehouses, and designated pickup locations.
• Verify orders against receipts, delivery notes, invoices, order numbers, and delivery instructions before departure.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are handled carefully to maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness during transportation.
• Perform daily motorcycle safety checks, including tires, brakes, lights, fuel, mirrors, and general condition.
• Report motorcycle breakdowns, accidents, traffic incidents, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow Qatar traffic laws, road safety regulations, motorcycle safety requirements, and company driving policies.
• Follow company procedures for returned, cancelled, rejected, or undelivered orders.
• Support peak-period delivery operations, events, catering orders, and hospitality activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Valid Qatar motorcycle driving license or legally valid license required for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous experience as a Delivery Rider, Motorcycle Rider, Bike Courier, Food Delivery Rider, Delivery Driver, Courier, or Logistics Rider.
• Experience in food delivery, restaurants, hotels, catering, hospitality, e-commerce, courier, or logistics is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Doha roads, neighborhoods, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, Google Maps, navigation applications, and mobile delivery platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility for assigned orders and deliveries.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and delivery environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods when required.
